Dopehead was spotted early Tuesday at 2:30am, looking all sorts of disheveled as he was leaving club Holborn in London.

Accompanying Dopeherty was an unidentified female. We’re guessing she’s probably some famewhore.

Pete, lay off the crack ‘bb. Llay off the ciggs too! You’re looking closer to death every time we see you.

Oh, and maybe take a shower next time you go out. Just a suggestion.
