Not a great news story for Rade Serbedzija, unfortunately!
The 71-year-old actor, perhaps most recently best-known for his portrayal of Prince Kuragin on Downton Abbey, was busted by cops late-night on suspicion of DUI in Santa Monica, California.

The Croatian-born actor was allegedly swerving all over the road in his Lexus last weekend down in SaMo when cops were called to corral him — when they pulled him over, they allegedly found Serbedzija holding an open bottle of whiskey in the car, coupled with the fact that he reportedly “showed signs of intoxication.”
After failing field sobriety tests, according to TMZ, the Downton Abbey actor blew over the legal limit on a breathalyzer and was taken into custody.
You may not know him by name, but Rade Serbedzija has worked a TON in Hollywood — in addition to Downtown Abbey, he’s also played bad guys in Taken 2, Mission: Impossible II, and 24, to name but a couple of his many, many acting credits.
Not his finest moment here, though.
Serves as a good reminder, however… don’t drink and drive! Ever!!
