END badly? You mean it could get WORSE?
Rihanna and Chris Brown may not currently be together, but that didn’t stop Drake from setting the record straight.
In the latest issue of GQ magazine, the rapper came clean about his thoughts on RiRi├óΓé¼Γäós troubled relationship with her former beau, and it didn’t sound like he was at all optimistic — not that he would be — of their future together. He said:
“If I think about it too much, I feel it wrapping around my foot, like I get a feeling it could end really badly. Like, it gets really dark.”
Though it├óΓé¼Γäós still unclear as to what exactly he and RiRi were, it sounds to us like there might still be some feelings there — at the very least, some well-intentioned concern.
As for his war with Chris, following their infamous W.i.P nightclub feud, Drake said:
├óΓé¼┼ôI don├óΓé¼Γäót want my name to be synonymous with that guy├óΓé¼Γäós name. I really don├óΓé¼Γäót. I wish we could sit down, just like you and me are right now, and talk it out man-to-man… But that├óΓé¼Γäós not going to happen. I├óΓé¼Γäóm not confrontational, but if someone challenges, I├óΓé¼Γäóm not going to back down.”
But it seems the fallout bothers him more than one might think. The rapper added:
├óΓé¼┼ôIt├óΓé¼Γäós embarrassing, the amount of media coverage ├óΓé¼┬ª two rappers fighting over the woman. He├óΓé¼Γäós not even a rapper, but still, it├óΓé¼Γäós the last way you want your name out there. It distracts from the music… But he├óΓé¼Γäós made me the enemy, and that├óΓé¼Γäós the way it├óΓé¼Γäós gonna stay, I guess.├óΓé¼┬¥
We don’t blame him. It’s not exactly ideal press.
Though, we’d like to offer one piece of advice. Tt’s best to let the music do the talking!
