It took them long enough!
NBC and Reveille LLC have partnered up with Australian designer Bruno Schiavi to create a Biggest Loser athletic line for men and women.
The 27-piece collection ranging in sizes from S to 5XL will include compression tops, shirts, jackets that are cut longer to cover bottoms and shorts that will feature high cut waistbands to hold in the stomach.
Now that’s smart!
Schiavi, who helped design Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr Rey‘s shapewear line, explains
“I wanted to create an inspiring and motivational collection that was both functional and stylish. Nobody else really does fashionable pieces in larger sizes; they all look like sacks…Everyone├óΓé¼Γäós watching you at the gym, so that├óΓé¼Γäós where you want to look and feel good. It├óΓé¼Γäós about building self-esteem and encouraging people to take the first step toward a healthier lifestyle.”
We’re sure it will be a hit when the line hits stores in September just in time for the 10th season!
