Duff Wants To Wow While Saying Her Vows


Every bride wants to look her best on her big day.
But Hilary Duff wants to look better than her best, which is why she recruited renowned celeb-trainer Harley Pasternak, whose client-list includes Megan Fox and Jennifer Hudson, to whip her in to shape for the wedding.
Pasternak, author of The 5-Factor World Diet explained his thoughts on how to be wedding-fit:

“The key is to have amazing shoulders, amazing arms, posture is really important. But it’s also important to have a really tight midsection, becaue the way a wedding dress hugs your midsection, you really want it lean and tight.”

Duff has been working out 6 days a week. Her new routine includes upping the cardio at the beginning and end of each workout from 5 to 15 minutes, as well as sticking to a strict, 5-meal-a-day diet.
A typical day’s menu looks something like this: breakfast burrito, mid-morning snack (berry smoothie), lunch (chopped salad), afternoon snack (apple cinnamon oatmeal cookie), and dinner (she loves Japanese food).
While Pasternak says that the Duffster ├óΓé¼┼ôvocally disliked├óΓé¼┬¥ all of the workouts, we don├óΓé¼Γäót think she’ll be complaining when jaws hit the floor as she walks down the aisle.
