The producers of ABC’s freshly cancelled Eastwick are crushed the network didn’t decide to wait it out!
“We have such an amazing group of writers and actors,” cried Eastwick‘s executive producer, Maggie Friedman. “None of us can believe this is really happening.”
Friedman went on to say ABC gave them the axe before they could “wrap things up in a bow” as far as the storyline goes, which is upsetting both the cast and crew.
She continued: “The magic was getting crazy, the storylines were getting really exciting and sexy and dangerous… I [just] wish we could├óΓé¼Γäóve given the fans ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ and ourselves ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ real closure.”
Too bad!
For all four of you that watch the show, never fear, ABC is planning on running the already-completed episodes.
