When it comes to people being willing to spend insane amounts of money on ridiculous stuff, just because of that item’s connection to a celebrity, eBay has things on lock!
Up until it was removed, eBay users were able to bid on a Ziploc bag of “Air From Kanye Show.”
That’s right, a person was selling a literal bag of air from a Kanye West show.
The description simply read:
“Held bag open and sealed air in.”
The bag was first listed at $5 and then eventually climbed to $65,000!!!
Who, other than Kanye himself, would pay that much for a bag of air from a Kanye show? Only Kanye West? Yeah, you’d think that, but there were 90 bids!
Almost 100 people were willing to spend tens of thousands of dollars for a bag of air?!?
eBay of course removed the listing, but that hasn’t stopped similar ones from popping up.

A bag of “Flatulence (gas) from Kanye” was up for bids, though it hasn’t attracted any bidders yet.
We wonder why… LOLz!
