
Bow down to Ed Sheeran — because he was made a member of the Order of the British Empire on Thursday!
The Shape of You singer was honored by Prince Charles at Buckingham Palace in London, where he received the award for “services to music and charity,” according to the Clarence House’s Twitter.

The musician was especially sentimental during the event, which was held on the fourth anniversary of his grandfather’s death.
