Eddie Murphy isn’t about to just sit back and let some comedian claim that he’s his illegitimate son!
No way!
So, now Eddie has gotten his lawyers involved after a comedian by the name of Brando Murphy is basically claiming to be his son!
Eddie plans to sue for MILLIONS if he doesn’t cut that shizz out!
According to Eddie’s lawyers, the proof is in the pudding after Brando:
Changed his last name to Murphy
Performing with Richard Pryor‘s son, Mason, in the “Sons of Comedy” tour.
Showing up at the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Eddie frequents and screaming, “My father won’t talk to me!”
The strange part? Brando isn’t even thinking about stopping!
To us, that means one of two things:
1. Maybe Brando IS his son!
2. Maybe Brando actually has the money to blow on a lawsuit!
He even sent his OWN letter to Eddie, saying he’s never presented himself as Eddie’s son! He called the accusations “vile, base, contemptible, miserable, wretched and loathsome.”
Oh, and that he’ll be the one launching a lawsuit if he keeps getting intimidated!
Wow — this sounds like it’s just the beginning! We wonder what’ll come to light eventually!
