Aw. Eliza Dushku and Rick Fox have broken up.
After five years of dating and even talk of marriage, Eliza has decided to make a big change that includes not only leaving Rick but also leaving Hollywood!
The Buffy The Vampire Slayer alum is moving back to her hometown of Boston to go back to college!
Not wanting to catch an entire city off guard with her suddenly single hotness, Eliza broke the news of her breakup and impending move to the Boston Globe. She said:
“Rick’s an LA guy and I’m a Boston girl.”
It’s not clear whether the breakup preceded the move or was precipitated by it, but one thing is for sure: Eliza is happy to be moving back home. She said:
“I’d rather be a little physically cold here than emotionally cold in LA. I missed my town and I missed my family.”
Well, it sounds like she’s made up her mind. It’s too bad about such a great couple ending, but it sounds like gurl is looking for a fresh start.
We hope she finds exactly what she’s looking for. Just as long as she doesn’t leave us forever. (Bring It On 5, that’s all we’re saying! LOLz!)
