Elle Fanning was spotted yesterday out in Los Angeles shopping with her mother.
The 13-year-old looked all grown up in her long, summer dress which she decided to pair with some cowboy boots.
Elle kept her hair messy and kept the makeup minimal (she is just 13 after all).
Overall, a very cute look for Fanning.
Even more adorable, after all her time at the mall, she ended up leaving with just a Sanrio bag. Wonder if she purchased any Hello Kitty goodies.
