The 16-year-old actress attended the Hollywood premiere of Low Down on Thursday night in Marchesa‘s nude-colored mermaid gown.

Covered in floral embroidery, her off-the-shoulder tulle frock easily grabbed everyone’s attention on the red carpet, but while it fit her petite frame, it’s hard to deny the sleeves were way too big on the young starlet.
A trip to the tailor would easily have perfected Elle’s enchanting ensem! Not even her impeccable brunette tresses could change our mind!
