Umm, that’s just so stinkin’ cute. Still, Dougie isn’t the only one of the Love Me Like You Do singer’s exes that wished her a happy birthday. In fact, Niall Horan also took to the picture sharing site to pay tribute to the 29-year-old. He shared:
