If you’re going to be in the music industry, the one thing you HAVE to get right is the sound quality at live shows!
Eminem‘s show runners, unfortunately, didn’t get that memo and have come under fire from fans down under for his shows in Australia. They assert that their show experience was botched by the sound quality!
Here are some of the complaints:
“The Eminem (concert) I went to… last Thursday night was a disgrace. If I hadn’t waited 10 years for this concert, I would’ve walked out.”
“Worst organisation! Horrible! We bought 4 tickets and every one of us are disgraced! Refund. We paid to listen to artists perform! We can’t listen to them if you can’t provide the sound!”
A lot of them have even asked for their money back!
It doesn’t look like they’re going to get it, though, as the group that put on the show seems to be in denial:
“We’re sorry you had a negative experience at the event – if you look at the tour page you’ll see that overwhelmingly there was some incredibly positive feedback!”
“Oh! Sorry! We must be wrong — these few other people were in the right section. Reading these comments fixed all our issues and it turns out the show sounded great,” is what the upset fans are probably saying.
We’d be mad too. Especially because it had been the first time for Em to be there in almost a decade!
It’d be nice to see Eminem himself do something for those fans who feel slighted!
