Emma Stone may appear like a hip, young actress but that doesn’t mean she’s up to date with the latest lingo.
Last night, the 26-year-old starlet appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman where she took selfies with the soon-to-be-retired talk show host.

However, it was revealed that the Easy A star isn’t fully versed in the art of the self-taken snap.
She admitted:
“You know, I just learned the term selfie a couple of months ago.”
Whoa, whoa, whoa! Emma! Have you been living under a rock?!
But on the same note, we understand if she’s been a bit busy. She was recently nominated for a Golden Globe for her role in Birdman.
