The prayer hands emoji meant to bestow infinite reverence via text message has lost the rays of glory emitting from its holy digits.

As you can see, the emoji used to have heavenly bands of light coming from those two hands in question in iOS 8.2, but in iOS 8.3?
It’s just two hands. Two sad, Godless hands.
The switch was first caught by Emojipedia, but soon all shall now that we’ve lost that special spark of the divine.
Our prayers may be heard, but nay they are unanswered. Whatever deity you believe in watches on with indifference.
