This is so ridiculous we don’t even know where to start!
The Dallas Safari Club has got their hands on a very rare item:
A permit to hunt and kill an endangered black rhino!!
Why anyone ever is allowed to kill any endangered species is beyond our comprehension.
Here comes the weird part… the organization is auctioning off the permit, hoping to get a million dollars… to put towards preserving the super endangered rhinos.
So… kill one rhino to save hundreds others?? While donations to preservation foundations do good, you never know how much good.
But one thing is guaranteed… a bullet is final. So a rhino will 100% die, and MAYBE others will be saved.
The executive director of the Dallas Safari Club said:
“This is a great opportunity to do something we are all going to be proud about. It would be a terrible travesty to not have black rhinos roaming in their natural habitat. We hope they├óΓé¼Γäóll be around for a long time to come.”
He hopes they’ll be around for a long time├óΓé¼┬ª so they can kill them more?
We won’t lie, a million dollars towards rhino conservation sounds amazing, but not at the cost of one life.
That’s no fair trade.
