On Sunday, it came out that Erykah Badu made a pretty obvious dig at Iggy Azalea while hosting the 2015 Soul Train Awards. Talk about shade!

During her opening monologue, she joked:
“As you know, I am the queen of neo soul and people say I have this common effect on rappers: that I make them change gods and wear crochet hats, shoulder pads. So they have banned me from all of the hip-hop awards with a sign saying ‘Erykah Badu, leave our rappers alone.'”
This quip seemed pretty harmless until the singer made a direct dig at Nick Young‘s lady. She stated:
“Who is this? Iggy Azalea? Yeah, hey! No, no, no, no, no, no, no! You can come. Because what you’re doing is definitely not rap.”
Ouch! Nonetheless, many of the Fancy rapper’s fans and Miz Badu’s fans took to Twitter to comment (below) on the HIGHlarious bit of shade.

LOLz! We wonder if the Australian native will take this call out laying down — though that hasn’t been her way in the past.
Do we smell a new celebrity feud?? Nah, we think Iggy will be too busy planning her glamorous Hollywood wedding to care.
We guess we’ll just have to wait and see!
