Ewan McGregor is saving the lives of mothers.
He’s backing a new UNICEF campaigns that collects $38.40 from donors to pay for ├óΓé¼┼ôDeliver a Baby├óΓé¼┬¥ gift packs that will help third-world mothers safely deliver their babies.
Said Ewan:
“It is completely and utterly wrong that 1,000 mums lose their lives everyday as a result of pregnancy and childbirth, and I urge you to help us put it right, by supporting UNICEF to deliver a life-saving pack to 1,000 mums around the world.”
Safe pregnancies are something people take for granted in the wealthier countries — many countries do not have that luxury.
Keep up the good work, Ewan!
