“Take small bites. Don’t shovel your food in. Relax, enjoy and savor each bite of your holiday meal slowly. Studies show that the faster you eat, the easier it is to over eat and not pay attention to what you’re putting in your mouth.”

Yes, always watch pay attention to what’s in your mouth! LOLz!
But in all seriousness guyz, Amy is totes right! Eating slowly is a great way to maintain your calorie intake!
