#5 Stay minty fresh. I always pop a Starlight mint or piece of sugar free gum when I start to feel like I’m almost getting full. This is my little trick to have my mind tell my body, “there is no turning back now” and that I’m done eating because I’ve freshened my breath. Try it. It has worked for me for years!

Fresh breath AND a tight butt make a great combo! Srsly brilliant idea!
