Executors of Jackson's Estate Want To Keep Control

The lawyers representing Michael Jackson‘s estate headed to court this morning to request that executors John Branca and John McClain have the power to make basic day-to-day decisions regarding the estate without having to go to the judge first.
Branca and McClain supposedly have always had this power, but because Katherine Jackson‘s lawyers don’t seem to believe that is true, Branca and McClain want the courts to reiterate for them.
Hopefully they do whatever they need to do so we don’t have to hear about it anymore!
