New Jersey Family Goes To Replace Dog Years Later Who Disappeared During Superstorm Sandy And You'll NEVER Believe What Happened Next!

THIS is the kind of thing that just warms our hearts!
When Superstorm Sandy hit the East Coast, countless people were affected, including the James family!
They lost their terrier-pit bull, Reckless, when he escaped from their backyard — and have been looking for him ever since! That means WAY back in October 2012!
The Jameses had all but given up hope, and were planning to get their daughter Ally a new pup for her 10th birthday! So, they headed over to the Monmouth County SPCA and who was looking up at them?
Reckless!!!
Chuck James explained:

“He was a little bigger than I remembered because they had fed him well. But then he was laying on my wife’s feet, and I knew it was him … I was in disbelief. I know this dog is meant to be with our family. We’re all so happy to have him back. Thank God for no-kill shelters because every time they kill an animal, it’s somebody’s friend who might be lost. Thank God they didn’t put him down because this would have been a different story.”

Wow! That’s fate for ya!
And to celebrate, the James family took Reckless camping over the weekend.
Just amazing!
