Father Goes Viral After Repairing His Young Son's Toy Cart -- & CHARGING Him For It!

Father charges his son for toy car repairs

A father’s work is never complete — which is why some charge for their services.
Colten Schafersman of Nebraska went viral last week for teaching his young son, Braden, a lesson in capitalism by sending the boy an invoice for repairs he made on his toy grain cart.
In a hilarious Twitter post, Colten explained he received an “urgent call” from Braden to fix a busted hitch on his plastic bauble. The automotive expert vigilantly performed his fatherly duties, noting that he “had to cut a nail and super glue it in” to fix the problem.
But he sure as heck wasn’t about to do the work for free!

Making it clear he was appropriately compensated, Colten sent Braden a bill of $1.01 for the nail, the hot glue, and his services — for which he charges double after 7 p.m., of course.
Thankfully, Braden was more than happy to dip into his (piggy) bank account. See the transaction play out (below):

Ha! Welcome to America, kid!

Colten wrote an update to his followers after the initial tweet went viral, revealing that he put Braden’s $1.01 payment “back in his John Deere piggy bank” after the tyke went to bed this week.

The fair trade father went on to share a video of a post-internet fame Braden happily explaining to his new fans just what a “grain cart” is, for those who didn’t know.

Awwww. So presh!
We hope Braden got a warranty!
