Fetty Wap On The Defensive After Clips From His Alleged Sex Tape Leak!

ICYMI, clips from Fetty Wap‘s alleged sex tape with his ex Alexis Skyy surfaced online on Tuesday morning — and the 25-year-old already has his legal team on the case!
According to TMZ, the Trap Queen rapper’s attorneys have drafted cease and desist letter to various websites sharing the footage of the sexual acts — and one to Alexis as well, as she’s believed to be the only other person in possession of the tape.
The legal docs don’t accuse Fetty’s former flame of leaking the X-rated clip, but it does supposedly warn her of a potential lawsuit should she be involved.

The New Jersey native hasn’t confirmed it’s him doing the deed in the video, but he hasn’t denied it either.
As for Miz Skyy, her legal rep says she may take action of her own — and she’s also posted on Instagram:

If it’s true that neither party had anything to do with the leak, we have a feeling we won’t be seeing the rest of this home movie anytime soon. Thankfully.
