Fifty Shades Of Grey Author E.L. James Is "Terrified" For The Success Of The Movie!

Who knew someone so deep into S&M and bondage could be such a little scaredy cat?!
Guess there’s no “safe word” for box office bomb! LOLz!
In a new interview, Fifty Shades Of Grey author E.L. James is confessing from the moment her mega-famous book hit shelves, she was a total Nervous Nelly:

“I├óΓé¼Γäóm terrified. Completely. I├óΓé¼Γäóve been terrified from the moment I published the book. My mother was terrified of everything, and so am I. It├óΓé¼Γäós a terrible way to grow up. You don├óΓé¼Γäót expect this kind of success. Even now it floors me. My only ambition for the books was to see them in bookstores. This is huge. And there is this passionate fandom; we need to get this right for them.”

The fans are super hard core, especially with the film version!
Remember the incessant backlash when the first round of casting was announced!?
There were actually online petitions for other actors to play the roles of Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey—which E.L. was totally buggin’ about:

“It kind of freaks me out. I├óΓé¼Γäóve avoided reading most of the stuff for a long time for my own self-preservation. They hold me responsible for everything.”

So much pressure for such a sweet and dirty middle-aged woman!
We have faith in you girlfriend! This flick is going to spank the competition!
