These tourists picked the right day to visit the White House.
First Lady Michelle Obama and the First Dog Bo surprised visitors touring the White House on the second anniversary of the inauguration of President Barack Obama.
That’s so nice of them and just shows us how down to earth our First Family is.
Michelle devoted over an hour of her time to greet each visitor as they walked through and even encouraged them to pet the excellently behaved Bo.
One woman (pictured above) even broke into tears of joy when she saw The First Lady in person, while Bo paid special attention to an injured wheelchair bound visitor.
Michelle told the girl:
“Bo’s even feeling your sympathy. [He’s saying,] ‘I’m so concerned. Do you see she is injured?'”
What a delightful surprise for those tourists and we’re so happy to see our First Family taking time to connect with the people they are representing.
