This is so awful!
Thomas Eric Duncan was the first man with Ebola to travel into the United States. He was let into the country no problem and was originally released from a hospital even though he had a fever — and admitted he had recently traveled to the U.S. from Africa.
Eventually, he was readmitted to the hospital and diagnosed with Ebola.
Now, it’s being reported that he’s died this morning at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas.
We previously mentioned that two Americans who came down with Ebola were treated with an experimental drug cocktail called ZMapp that saved their lives. Duncan was treated with another type of experimental drug but it was too late.

Even though his vitals were improving, with his blood pressure coming back and his fever lowering, it was too little, too late.
