NFL & The Seattle Seahawks Being Sued By A Fan For How Many MILLIONS?? All Because They Wouldn’t Allow Him To Buy Playoff Tickets?!

seattle 12 man edit edit
The Seattle Seahawks boast one of the best fan bases in the entire NFL, whom they affectionately nicknamed “The 12th Man.”
12 flags are flown all around the city on game day, players take the field waving their own 12 flag, and the stadium sells out with those who take pride in being ‘Hawks fans!
But is Seattle only allowing people from certain states to buy seats to their games??
John E. Williams III lives in Nevada and wanted to get tickets to last season├óΓé¼Γäós NFC Championship game between the Seahawks and the San Francisco 49ers. But based on where he├óΓé¼Γäós from, the team didn’t allow him to make his purchase!
According to Seatle’s own website, only fans from Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Alaska, Hawaii and a few Canadian provinces were eligible to buy tickets to that game!
Williams believes it’s because they wanted to keep 49ers fans (from California or say, NEVADA) from being at that game!
John is now SUING the NFL and the Seahawks for discriminating against him based on geographical location! He’s asking for $40 MILLION!
Woah…
The National Football League has deep pockets but that seems like a bit much, no?
The lawsuit never states whether Williams is a Niners or a ‘Hawks fan but, if he was a true member of the 12th Man, would he really be taking his favorite team to court?
Whattaya think, Fit Readers? Does this guy have a case??
