Ex Tennessee Titans cheerleader, Elizabeth Garner has been charged with aggravated sexual battery and solicitation of a minor after she supposedly groped a 12-year-old’s manly parts, and then tried to go down on him.
42-year-old Garner, who is currently married, made her moves at a PAR-TAY that the pre-teen boy’s mother was throwing, and according to the former cheerleader, she confused the kid with an adult because she was drunk.
Elizabeth apparently only touched the boy’s junk over his shorts, and then asked him if he’s ever been with a WOMAN.
The young man immediately told his mommy what happened, she called the cops, and Miz Garner was booked shortly after.
The ex-cheerleader is currently in jail on a $30,000 bond and if she’s found guilty… she’s looking at facing EIGHT years in the big house!!
