Can’t she stay out of trouble?!
Foxy Brown avoided another stint behind bars as officials dropped charged against the rapper following an alleged fight with her
neighbor.
She was arrested and charged with public lewdness and harassing Arlene Raymond in NYC in July. The neighbor got a court order against Foxy and claims she violated the ban by starting a heated argument and baring her ass.
Ha. On Tuesday, a grand jury at Brooklyn Criminal Court did not indict her on two felony charges and three out of four misdemeanours.
“I’m so happy, I’m just very happy. Never once did I worry about this,” said Brown.
And even though she’s still facing one charge of criminal contempt, her lawyer, Salvatore Strazzullo, is not worried. He insists the rapper will only receive community service for the offense, adding, “Mooning is not an aggravated act.”
