Nicki Minaj Fails To Show Off Her Starships After DJ Diss!

After quite the cray cray turn of events at last night’s Hot 97 Summer Jam in NYC, fans were disappointed as Nicki Minaj failed to take the stage!
Though originally scheduled to perform, Nicki’s set was pulled last minute by her big Young Money boss, Lil Wayne, after a DJ flat out DISSED Nicki’s Starships!
At the beginning of the event, DJ Peter Rosenberg blasted:

“I know there are some chicks in here waiting to sing along with Starships later. I’m not talking to y’all now. F–k that bulls–t.”

Uh oh! But we LOVE the catchy tune…!!!
After making that comment, Weezy decided to pull his entire Young Money crew from the music fest, to which Nicki tweeted:

“Wow. U n***az just f**ked up history. But the President has spoken. #YMCMB…Had a HELL of a f**king lineup. But we won’t b disrespected.”

That lineup Mz. Minaj was tweeting about would├óΓé¼Γäóve included Cam’ron, Nas, Lauryn Hill, Beenie Man, Foxy Brown, Tyga, Birdman and Lil Wayne.
Wow, talk about a set we definitely wouldn’t want miss out on!
As for the DJ? He also took to his Twitter, tweeting:

“Last night i said nothing different than I have ever said…it was not a personal dis..it was starships is s**t. WHICH WE ALL KNOW IS TRUE.”

Um…NOT true!
He should’ve just kept the chatter to a minimum and played some music that the crowd obviously wanted to hear!
What a bummer!!
