After being cited for possession of marijuana when he was pulled over for speeding, Frank kept it honest on Twitter:

We’re not sure anyone’s handling his PR with this move, but we kind of like the approach.
It’s certainly better than denying the crime when there is video footage of you doing it, like some OTHER people!
