
There is nothing so disheartening as stepping on the scales and starting your week with a gain.
So don’t do it! Make your weigh in day Thursday so that you know exactly where you are…. are you half a pound away from your goal, just over or just under?
Reminding yourself at the right time enables you to stay motivated through the weekend but also gives you enough time do the those extra miles if you happen to go a little hard on your days off. And should you happen to weigh in a little heavy on a Monday, don’t give up, just regroup and remember it’s a brand new day and nothing works more than never ever ever giving up.
