We’re used to George Clooney making big money at the box office, but his fundraiser for Barack Obama just made a record amount of money!
Even though we were expecting the actor to raise a record-setting $12 million for the president’s campaign, he made WAY MORE!
The total is in and according to co-host Jeffrey Katzenberg, the $40,000-per-guest dinner raised “a record nearly $15 million.”
Congrats on the HUGE return, George!
Now you can basically do whatever you want in this country because Obama has to have your back after that generous donation!
