Giant Panda In China Gives Birth To Twins!

What’s better than one baby panda???
TWO BABY PANDAS!!!
The Wolong Nature Reserve in China reported some VERY exciting news recently, as Haizi the giant panda has given birth to TWINS!!
The two cubs are the first pair to be born this year and mark a HUGE step in conserving the critically endangered species!
The proud mama has been keeping a very close eye on her precious cubbies, but the reserve is reporting that one of them is a very healthy baby girl!!
Giant pandas have difficulty breeding since females are only in heat for a few days out of the year, and poaching has been a huge problem for the species, so we’re glad to hear these little guys will help carry on the panda name!
