Giuliana and Bill Rancic work hard for their money, and they’re instilling that spirit in their young son Duke.

The proud parents posed with their one-year-old in the kitchen of their restaurant RPM Italian on Monday, and dad posted the picture, saying:

“His 1st day on the job”

Duke looks so cute that we’d definitely have to be big tippers around him.
