Glee creator Ryan Murphy may have just finished doing a Glee episode dedicated to The Rocky Horror Picture Show, but sources say this won’t be the last time his name will be attached to Rocky Horror.
Sources say he’s currently negotiations to direct a remake of the classic 1975 hit musical and could even have a deal made with Fox 2000 by the time the Glee episode airs October 26.
The original movie has grossed more than $100 million with midnight shows still going strong and is considered to be the longest running theatrical release in film history.
This could be a great opportunity for Murphy and with his ability to portray musical and comedic talent on screen, this would be a great partnership.
