An MTV insider reveals exclusively to PerezHilton.com that 8-time Olympic gold winner Michael Phelps will be part of this year’s Video Music Awards!
They’re not exactly sure how he’ll be worked into the show yet, but one hypothesis is that he’ll introduce one of his favorite rappers, Lil’ Wayne.
