Bummer. MAJOR bummer.
Back in December, we were VERY excited to hear that Goldie Hawn was set to star in Sex & The City creator Darren Star’s new HBO pilot The Viagara Diaries.
As we mentioned before, the show is based on Barbara Rose Brooker’s book, and it centers around a woman who has been left by her husband during his “mid-life crisis,” so she faces the world as a single woman for the first time in 35 years.
Now, we’re sad to announce that Goldie has dropped out of the show following a “bumpy last few months” with HBO.
According to rumors, Goldie was “being difficult in her dealings with the rest of the people involved in the project and in the casting process.”
Ah well. We would have LOVED to see Goldie’s return, but hopefully she’ll sign on to another project when the time is right.
We miss U, Goldie!!!!!!
