Looks like Today was an extraordinarily Good morning for ABC!
For the first time in 16 years, Good Morning America ruled the morning news circuit, ousting Today from its perch.
GMA averaged 5.147 million viewers, narrowly edging out Matt Lauer-less Today‘s 5.134 million last week.
The 25 to 54 demo still saw Today more often than their counterpart but GMA can chalk this week up as a moral victory.
