Hold on! Before we get to next week, can we PLEASE talk about last night?!
As you may have already heard, this season marks the last outing for our favorite Upper East Siders and thus, the gang has a responsibility to make the next ten — yes ten — weeks count, as they will be the last anyone sees of Gossip Girl ever again.
Of course, the final season had to come back with one last explosive season premiere, which it did, between the renewed love of Chair, Dan’s continued decent to Georgina Spark’s level of crass and manipulation and Serena’s new “happy” life, one that doesn’t include any of the friends she had before.
But so many questions still remain! Will Chair really get married? Will Nate unmask Gossip Girl? Does Serena really love the oldest Camden boy, or in the end, will she find herself back in Dan’s arms ├óΓé¼┬ª or Nate?! (Nah, not Nate. Sure, maybe it will happen, but we’re really pulling for Dan on this one. He’s pissed now, but that crazy, blonde mess is the love of his life. He’ll realize it right around the time he finishes his book, you’ll see!)
Anyway, with all that said and done — one down, nine to go. And as you can see (above), next week’s a bit more Nate centric. Apparently, he be robbing the cradle! And her daddy isn’t going to like that!
