Hailey Bieber is shutting down claims she liked a shady post about Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco!
Last week, the model was called out for clicking the heart on a critical TikTok about the singer and her fiancé’s recent photoshoot for Interview Magazine. But in a statement to Us Weekly on Sunday, Hailey’s rep urged:
“This never happened. This entire story has been fabricated by a content creator looking to capitalize off of an old, tired narrative.”
Whoa!

As mentioned, a content creator named Courtney Presto first posted about the engaged couple’s pics last month on TikTok, calling them the “worst.” The pics include Benny smiling with Selly G’s feet on his face, them sitting on a couch together, a nude embrace as Benny bites his partner’s finger, and lots more.
Plenty of people didn’t like the shots, and it seemed like Hailey was one of them since the creator followed up days later with a screenshot showing that the Rhode founder liked the post. You can see the original viral video HERE.
The user even followed up with a lengthy explanation trying to prove the screenshot was real after some fans called the like into question (see HERE). That said, the creator hasn’t commented on Hailey’s rep’s statement yet…
As Perezcious readers know, Hailey and Selena have been feuding for a long time now. Things hit a boiling point in 2023 when Hailey was called out for her “mean girl” behavior for shady online activity seemingly making fun of her husband Justin Bieber‘s ex. But she then turned to Selena for help shutting down online bullying as a result of her posts.
The women tried to put the feud to rest by posing together at an event, and the beauty guru even liked the actress’ engagement announcement. That’s why Hailey’s sudden public diss seemed so strange. After all that, you’d think she’d be more careful, right? So, maybe this was a fake like?? Maybe Hailey really has moved past the beef? We hope so!
