Hailey Bieber’s Sister Alaia Facing Jail Time For Allegedly Throwing WHAT In A Bar Fight?!

Alaia Baldwin Aronow is in a lot of trouble for that bar fight!

As we previously reported, Hailey Bieber‘s sister was arrested back in February 2024 over a fight she got into at a bar. Allegedly, she’d gone into a staff bathroom at Club Elan in Savannah, Georgia, to change a tampon and vomit — but staff stopped her and said she’d have to use the bathroom for customers. While explaining that the bathroom she was in was for staff only, Alaia allegedly became enraged and started attacking staff. She is claimed to have even thrown a tampon at them!

Not much has happened in the case since then… until now! On Monday, per court docs obtained by Us Weekly, prosecutors filed the four misdemeanor criminal charges they brought against Alaia. She’s facing charges of simple battery, simple assault, battery, and criminal trespassing for the alleged throwdown.

She was accused of intentionally causing physical harm to a person named Jacinto Hills by allegedly striking the “victim in the genitals.” Prosecutors say she threw a tampon at this victim, which they consider to be simple assault. She’s in MORE trouble for claims she ripped “a portion of hair from the scalp of Ian O’Neill by pulling on said victim’s hair, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia.” OMG! At the time, she claimed she did all this in self-defense.

Prosecutors claim Alaia refused to leave the establishment after being told to, which landed her the charge of criminal trespass. For the battery charge alone, if she’s found guilty under Georgia law, she could spend up to a year in jail.

It’s believed that last year Alaia entered a pre-trial diversion program, but now, over a year later from the incident, charges have been filed and she’s set to be arraigned in court on April 23.

Wild stuff! Reactions, Perezcious readers?
