‘Extremely Upset’ Halle Bailey BLASTS Baby Daddy For Showing Son On Livestream Without Her Permission!

Halle Bailey was pissed at her baby daddy this week!

On Wednesday evening, DDG (real name Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr.) had their 11-month-old son Halo on content creator Kai Cenat’s Mafiathon 2 Twitch livestream. However, her ex-boyfriend did not get her approval first, and she’s “extremely upset” about it!

In fact, Halle is so furious that she took to social media overnight to slam DDG! She wrote on X (Twitter):

“Hi everyone. Just so you know I am out of town and I don’t approve of my baby being on a stream tonight. I wasn’t told or notified and I am extremely upset to have my baby in front of millions of people. I am his mother and protector and saddened I wasn’t notified especially when I am out of town.”

A huge part of having a healthy co-parenting relationship is communication. All DDG had to do was ask first! And if she said no to having her son on a stream where “millions of people” can watch him, so be it! He would need to respect that boundary. And yes, we know that Halle and DDG have posted pictures and videos of their son on social media before. However, she has a right not to want her son on a livestream. She is his mom.

In a follow-up post, the 24-year-old singer noted she is still struggling postpartum and snapped because DDG disrespected her boundaries:

“as a woman experiencing severe postpartum, there are boundaries that i wish to be respected. nobody knows what someone is going through until they snap.”

Oof. At this time, DDG has not reacted to Halle’s posts. However, the Grown-ish star appeared to have a change of heart about bringing her co-parenting drama to the internet. She deactivated her X account for a little bit. The page was later reactivated, with her posts about her baby daddy gone. Halle also shared a message on Thursday that said:

“yesterday maybe i did overreact and shouldn’t have brought it here. i know that halo is always safe with his dad. i just don’t like finding out with the rest of the world what my baby is doing. thank u kai for the gifts for halo”

As for the gifts she was referring to? Kai gave baby Halo a bunch of presents during the hangout with DDG, including blocks and diapers. So sweet.

But that doesn’t make up for the fact Halle’s ex should have given her a heads-up. We’re talking about respect between two parents, y’all. See (below):
