DAYUM. Halle Berry has only been pregnant for a little over three months, and she’s already running into some bogus legal DRAMz!
According to reports, The Call actress apparently made a deal with her fiancé Olivier Martinez about who gets custody, who will pay for child support and simple things like bottles, diapers and formula if they break up — but celeb lawyer Steve Kolodny is saying that rumor is a bunch of poop.
The attorney stated that a deal has NEVER been made, and not a peep has even been made about coming up with what seems like a baby prenup.
Plus, Kolodny also notes if an agreement like this isn’t authorized by a judge, then it doesn’t even mean anything.
It seems like Halle is gonna have one heck of a time being pregnant… especially with things like this happening. Sheesh!
