R-Patz left his Beverly Hills hotel room on Sunday afternoon with a young lady in tow!

We’re told they’re just “friends.”

But, still. Hands off!

Pattinson looked as deelish as ever in head-to-toe black. He also looked like he could use a good shower, a body scrub, a colonic, some detoxing and a good facial.
