Another Harvey Weinstein accuser has come forward — and this one is going for blood.
According to TMZ, an actress listed only as Jane Doe has filed a lawsuit against Harvey and The Weinstein Company, claiming they knew his pattern of behavior and failed to stop him.
Doe’s story is all too familiar: she went to a meeting with Weinstein at the Montage hotel to talk about a role in the Netflix show Marco Polo, but rather than business, she says he grabbed her by the wrists with one hand and masturbated to completion with the other.

Months later, Doe says, Weinstein called her again — saying he wanted her to come “celebrate her upcoming role” in the show. For whatever reason, she agreed to see him again and went back to the Montage.
This time she says he excused himself and came back in nothing but a robe before holding her down and forcing cunnilingus on her. It’s alleged that when she pushed him away, he used his “massive weight and strength” to hold her down and rape her.
She notes he did not use a condom.
Weinstein’s rep told TMZ they stand by the denial of any nonconsensual sex, adding:
“Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances. Mr. Weinstein obviously can’t speak to anonymous allegations, but with respect to any women who have made allegations on the record, Mr. Weinstein believes that all of these relationships were consensual.”
Disgusting. We hope this turns into a class action suit.
