Heather Locklear has been charged with one count of driving under the influence as a result of her arrest back in September.
But it wasn’t alcohol or narcotics, it was a prescription medication that caused the star to drive erratically – or so that’s what she’s been charged with.
Prescription for what?
Guess we’ll find out!
The good news is that she didn’t injure anyone (or herself) while driving under the influence.
