Prepare to be spooked!
For her 20th annual Halloween bash, Heidi Klum took us out of this world with her epic gory alien costume and even invited fans to watch her 10+ hour preparation process while she got ready for the party presented by Amazon Prime Video and SVEDKA Vodka.

Over the years, the 46-year-old has been everything from Jessica Rabbit to a grandmother, but this was definitely her scariest (and possibly most elaborate) yet! The prosthetic-heavy outfit covered her from head to toe with bloody silicone, complete with exposed brains, guts, and wires on full display. Not to mention, she was nearly nude!
Klum is known for preparing her wild ensembles months in advance, and this year fans got a behind the scenes look via Instagram Story posts throughout the long day. Plus, some lucky NYC visitors got a close-up look at the ornate process through a live window display inside an Amazon Books store.
She’s not called the Halloween queen for nothing!!
Once she finally made it to the red carpet at eatery Cathédrale after riding in a truck with glass walls and biohazard symbols, the former America’s Got Talent judge hissed at cameras while her bloodied astronaut husband Tom Kaulitz playfully grabbed her silicone-enhanced body.

Considering how intense the getting ready process was, we can’t even imagine removing all of that silicone at the end of the night!!
